Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern the services provided by Pixelroom (“we”, “us”, “our”) to clients (“you”, “your”).

By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Services

Pixelroom provides AI-powered sales and marketing automation services, including (but not limited to):

  • Lead capture and follow-up systems

  • AI chat and voice agents

  • Appointment booking automation

  • Campaign setup and management

  • CRM and workflow automation

The specific services provided will be agreed upon prior to commencement.

3. Fees & Payment

  • A one-time setup fee may apply and must be paid before work begins

  • Ongoing services are billed on a monthly basis in advance

  • Payments must be made by the due date listed on the invoice

If payment is not received:

  • Services may be paused until payment is made

  • We reserve the right to terminate services for continued non-payment

4. Scope of Work

Services are delivered based on the agreed scope.

Any additional work outside this scope (including new features, integrations, or major changes) may incur additional fees, which will be discussed and approved in advance.

5. No Guaranteed Results

While our systems are designed to improve lead generation, response times, and conversion rates:

  • Results will vary depending on your business, market, and offer

  • We do not guarantee specific results, revenue, or number of leads

6. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information

  • Provide timely access to required systems (e.g. website, CRM, social platforms)

  • Respond to requests or approvals when needed

Delays in providing access or information may impact delivery timelines and results.

7. Third-Party Platforms

Our services may involve third-party platforms (such as CRM systems, messaging tools, or payment processors).

We are not responsible for:

  • Changes, outages, or limitations of these platforms

  • Costs associated with third-party tools (unless explicitly included)

8. Data & Privacy

We handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We do not sell or misuse your data. Information is only used to provide and improve our services.

9. Service Term & Cancellation

  • Services are ongoing on a monthly basis

  • Either party may cancel with 30 days’ written notice

Upon cancellation:

  • Services will continue until the end of the billing period

  • No refunds are provided for partial months

10. Intellectual Property

Any systems, workflows, or automations created remain part of Pixelroom’s service offering unless otherwise agreed.

Access or transfer of systems upon cancellation can be discussed separately if required.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Pixelroom is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses

  • Total liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding month

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
